First Baptist Church Pendleton
This Advent, Peace Church is spending the season with Charles Dickens and A Christmas Carol. Dickens wrote the story in 1843, in a London full of hungry children and closed hearts, and Scrooge’s long night of ghosts still has a great deal to say about generosity, second chances, and the joy that comes from opening our lives to others.
Join us as we read this beloved story alongside scripture and ask what it might mean for us to keep Christmas well. The series begins Sunday, November 22, at 3 pm at First Baptist Church of Pendleton, and you can always join us on Zoom. Come as you are, and bring a friend!
